Refund policy

At The Block Print Co, we take immense pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our block-printed garments. Each piece is made with care, and minor variations are a hallmark of the hand-crafted process—not defects.

Please note: We do not offer returns or refunds on any orders, as each product is made in limited batches with hand-printed detailing.

#Exchanges (Only for Defective Items)
We offer exchanges only in the rare case of a genuine manufacturing defect, and only under the following conditions:

• You must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the item.
• You must provide a complete unboxing video and clear photographs showing the defect.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
  Once approved, we will arrange for an exchange of the same item or offer store credit (in case the item is out of stock).

Unboxing video
Clear defect images
Order details

📌 Important Notes
Slight irregularities in print, color, or stitching are normal in hand block printed products and are not considered defects.

We do not offer exchanges for size issues, incorrect order placement, or change of mind.
